What you will work on
* Designing user interfaces and user experiences across our product portfolio
* Contributing to the development, implementation and use of our design system
* Designing with component-based systems in mind, ensuring scalability and consistency
* Taking part in user research activities
* Designing solutions that are both user-centered and technically viable
Working with product managers, clients and developers from concept to implementation
* Translating client requirements into clear user flows, interfaces, and prototypes.
Who you are
What we are looking for
* 2-3 years of experience working as a UI & UX Designer for digital solutions and web applications
* Strong Figma skills
* Good understanding of component libraries (e.g. Storybook) and how design translates into code
* Experience with or interest in design systems
* Interest in user research and willingness to learn
* Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership from concept to delivery.
* Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
* You do not need to be a frontend developer, but you should be comfortable designing within technical constraints and thinking in components, states, and variants rather than one-off mockups.
