The main objective of this position is the responsibility for the operation of applications in the area of Purchasing and Finance. Core Responsibilities: Working as an IT partner and IT provider with your customers in Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law Ensure close cooperation with divisions/regional hubs as well as with internal and external partners Responsible for handling of tickets, incidents and changes Steer, plan and implement requested changes and extensions together with the business application manager / business key users Controlling the budget for services and create order requisitions Providing support for continuous optimization of individual applications, their strategies and architecture Actively involved in global IT and business projects Assisting in the development of global standards, strategies and concepts and their implementation in the area of Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law Academic Degree in computer science, business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification Experience in Purchasing and/or Finance and/or Integrity & Law processes appreciated Several years of professional experience in IT service management or project environment Knowledge or experience in service management, e.g. as a service or application owner Knowledge of business analytics tools, cloud services, server management, SAP BW and Mendix Experience in managing external service providers Fluent English and German skills in written and spoken Very good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all parties involved Independent, structured, result- and customer-oriented working style Excellent communication skills Team player with willingness to work in a global team environment Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
