Deine Aufgaben
* You will be a member of our dynamic online pharmacy team in Holland (Haelen site).
* You will be mainly responsible for the packing of our recorded customer orders and the control of the over-the-counter pharmaceuticals.
* You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries by E-Mail and support the ongoing improvement of the Customer Service Management.
* You will support the ongoing improvement of the quality management system.
* You take care of data entry and documentation in our internal management system.
* You will work closely with our service providers to fulfil the operational processes and tasks in merchandise management.
Dein Profil
* You have completed training as a Drugstore Assistant (f/m/d) or have a comparable qualification.
* Ideally, you have already gained some experience in customer service and are passionate about finding the perfect solution for each customer.
* You are an absolute team player and ready to break new ground in a dynamic environment.
* You are confident in using MS Office and have ideally already worked with CRM systems or customer infor-mation tools.
* You are passionate about dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner as well as working pre-cisely and accurately.
* You are fluent in English; German would be a plus.
