YOUR TASKS:
* Support the global rollout of the S/4 HANA ERP system within the scope of the Global Logistics and Material Management Department
* Coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) preparation activities, defect tracking, and retest activities
* Support standard country rollout tasks including role mapping, training activities, data extract and cleansing activities, and access requests
* Facilitate project scheduling and cross-functional process alignment
* Assist the department with additional operational and strategic projects, as needed
YOUR PROFILE:
* Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business and/or economics
* Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
* Basic knowledge in SAP (S/4 HANA preferred)
* Experience with Agile Project Planning is a plus
* Excellent language skills in English (other languages, especially German and Spanish, are welcome)
* Strong communication skills across different levels, departments, and cultures
* Independent, diligent, and conscientious way of working with strong attention to detail
* Strong analytical mindset and quick understanding of new problems
