You'll make an impact by
* You lead the Master Data workstream within the SAP S/4HANA (Sherpa X) transformation program for System Factories.
* You drive the design and implementation of a global master data template aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards.
* You are responsible for the Material Master Data throughout its full lifecycle, from Teamcenter to SAP MDG and S/4HANA, for all E2E processes.
* You define and harmonize master data objects, structures, and governance processes across multiple factories and business units.
* You steer and contribute to Fit-to-Standard and Fit/Gap workshops and translate requirements into implementable solutions with a strong link to backlog and releases.
* You lead partner alignment and decision-making processes in a sophisticated global environment, lead a multi-functional, international team of SMEs and contributors, and drive data quality, consistency, and scalability across all system factories.
This is how you'll win us over
* You have many years of experience in operational processes within manufacturing/factory environments and a degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* You have many years of experience in master data management in SAP environments and a solid understanding of how master data drives and integrates end-to-end business processes.
* You have demonstrable experience in project and partner management in sophisticated, international setups, and many years of experience in transformation or SAP implementation projects.
* You have the ability to structure topics, moderate workshops, and drive decisions.
* You have an ambitious attitude with a focus on impact, speed, and continuous improvement.
* Proficiency in English and good German skills complete your profile.
