We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in OpenText Documentum Development to join our dynamic team at Mannheim, Germany. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that leverage OpenText Documentum technology to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using OpenText Documentum.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system analysis, design, and development of Documentum based applications.
• Ensure the quality of the software through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Documentum applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and Documentum.
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong expertise in OpenText Documentum Development.
• Proficient in Java, XML, and SQL.
• Experience with Documentum DFC, Webtop, and other Documentum components.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other content management systems.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and integration with Documentum.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience in working with enterprise level applications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on OpenText Documentum.
• Relevant certifications in Documentum or software development are a plus.
