1. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value
2. Support the team in conducting data and pricing analysis and market research to optimize pricing strategies
3. Prepare and present reports on retention metrics, pricing trends, and campaign performance to key stakeholders
4. Supporting the Global Retention Team in both strategic and operational activities
Requirements
5. Enrolled in university or college studies in the field of business management, economics, or a related field
6. Fluency in English, German is a plus
7. Structured and independent way of working as well as the ability to work in a team and collaborate with various team members all around the world
8. Good communication and presentation skills
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
10. Previous internship or project experience in marketing or data analysis is a plus but not required
11. Basic knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and Power BI is a plus

14. Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week, 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week and 1.200,00€ for an Intern position.
