Your Role
As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them across phone, email, and chat.
You will:
* Represent Mercedes-Benz in a professional and customer-focused way
* Provide information about products, services, and vehicle-related topics
* Handle customer questions and resolve issues efficiently
* Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience
* Turn challenging situations into positive brand experiences
Requirements
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who combines communication skills with genuine interest.
You:
* Speak German fluently
* Have very good English skills (written & spoken)
* Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Have a strong passion for cars (a big advantage!)
* Communicate clearly and confidently
* Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership
* Are comfortable with technology and learning new systems
* Bring a positive, service-minded attitude
