Summary The Healthcare Consulting Solutions (HCS) Design
Visualization Expert (DVE) will use their knowledge and expertise
in design and visualization of laboratory layouts to create
Computer-Aided Designed (CAD) drawings of customer facilities that
will help facilitate solution design for Siemens Healthineers
customers seeking to upgrade their clinical diagnostics testing
equipment. The DVE will be a critical partner to Sales, Consulting
and Implementation teams in ensuring solution designs are approved
by critical stakeholders (Customer, third-party equipment
manufacturers etc.) to facilitate seamless transition from solution
design and solution sale to solution implementation. The DVE
Consultant supports the Operational Excellence Consultant and Sales
Manager in developing accurate plans for preliminary and final
layouts, workflow supporting data, and implementation strategy for
Diagnostic solutions. The DVE is responsible for the generation of
high-quality documentation and output (specification packets for
tenders, components packets for quoting purposes) to support the
sales team in providing the most suitable offer to the customers.
They will provide architects, facilities and contractors
environmental requirements (water, power, waste, air, heat
generation, etc.) helping customers design plans to achieve site
readiness for our various solutions according to defined
environmental and equipment specific requirements, as well as any
local regulation. They also place orders and track delivery for
Automation systems and components. Qualified candidates must have
experience using the standards, tools and technologies commonly
employed in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction
industry, with solid experience in healthcare / laboratory
projects. Some of these tools include but are not limited to
AutoDesk family of products (AutoCAD, Revit, others), technology
for digital capture and modeling of construction sites, creation of
Digital Twins, visualization of construction spaces in Virtual
Reality and Augmented Reality (VR/AR), 3D modelling and other
visualization and design techniques. Further, a good understanding
of clinical laboratory processes is required to deliver HCS
services with the appropriate context for our customers. Your tasks
and responsibilities: As a Design Visualization Expert, you will
play a central role in shaping our customers’ laboratory solutions.
In this position, you will: - Collaborate closely with the
Operational Excellence Consultant to understand customer needs and
identify challenges that must be addressed to enable best‐in‐class
clinical diagnostic services. - Use AutoCAD and related design
tools to create highly accurate production drawings, including
architectural, electrical, water, informatics, and other utility
requirements. - Engage with customer facility teams and
architectural partners to ensure compliance with Siemens
Healthineers and track supplier’s design standards. - Apply digital
technologies to create digital twins of laboratory spaces and
develop 3D renderings (Labview Lite) that clearly demonstrate
Siemens Healthineers laboratory equipment solutions. You will also
drive the use of AR/VR tools to deliver impactful design sessions.
- Lead and coordinate the approval process and act as the zone
interface for AutoCAD drawing submissions to the track supplier, as
well as the handover to Siemens Healthineers
implementation/installation teams. - Leverage your understanding of
clinical laboratory processes to conduct KPI assessments and
prepare customer presentations. - Contribute to tender responses,
particularly for workflow‐related topics. - Support consulting
tasks such as workload modeling, simulation database activities,
dashboard data extraction from AMC, ADM, APM, SRS, and other
Siemens IT platforms, along with additional tasks relevant to HCS
design and consulting activities. - Support the adoption and
integration of new technologies (e.g., Matterport). - Collaborate
with global HCS colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement

Your
qualifications and experience: - You hold a BS/BA degree in
architecture, engineering, construction, clinical laboratory
science, or business (ideally with a focus on project management).
- You have several years of experience in clinical laboratory
workflow consulting, solution modeling, and/or implementation of
clinical diagnostic equipment. - You are proficient in AutoCAD and
understand AEC industry standards and best practices, preferably in
healthcare/laboratory environments. - You possess strong technical
skills in Excel and have experience working with Access databases.
- You have a strong aptitude for laboratory workflow concepts,
process analysis, and workspace optimization. Your attributes and
skills: - You manage your time effectively and can handle complex
projects with competing priorities. - You stay composed under
pressure and are comfortable multitasking in dynamic environments.
- You posses fluent English speaking and writing abilities. Any
further European language is a plus. - Your communication skills
enable you to collaborate transparently and effectively with
internal stakeholders (Sales, PM, Consultants, IT experts) and
external partners (architects, engineers). You can convey technical
and project information clearly and concisely. - You are
self‐motivated, flexible, and highly dependable. - You are willing
