To support continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager (m/f/d) to join the team on-site in Eschborn. Your Responsibilites: Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements Manage external financial audits and support tax audits, compliance reviews, and inquiries from relevant authorities Coordinate and manage communication with local tax advisors as well as tax agents across multiple EU countries Oversee SAP-based accounting operations, including journal entry review, approval processes, and continuous process improvement initiatives Prepare P&L forecasts and perform variance analysis between actual performance, budgets, and forecasts Communicate closely with global headquarters and prepare regular management reports, financial analyses, and ad-hoc business insights Support general administrative functions including HR coordination and office administration when required Requirements Legally authorized to work in Germany / Europe Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting and/or management accounting (controlling) Strong understanding of financial closing processes, reporting standards, and tax coordination Fluent in Korean and German (spoken and written) is mandatory Strong ERP knowledge, ideally with SAP experience Prior experience within an audit firm or in external audit is considered a strong advantage Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style with strong communication skills Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural environment Benefits A key finance position within a stable and internationally growing company Direct collaboration with senior leadership and global headquarters High level of ownership and responsibility across European operations International working environment with long-term development opportunities Modern office location in Eschborn near Frankfurt Full-time permanent on-site position with strong career prospects
