Tasks
1. Support global communication planning and coordination across markets and brands
2. Create high-quality presentations on global marketing standards, frameworks and best practices
3. Prepare clear and concise management-ready summaries for senior stakeholders
4. Coordinate and support global community meetings (agendas, materials, follow-ups)
5. Help ensure alignment and consistency across global marketing initiatives
6. Admin support for the global marketing and collaboration tools
7. Assist with performance tracking and documentation of global objectives
8. Support the preparation of strategic workshops and meetings, including on-site assistance when required

Requirements
14. You are at least in the 3rd semester in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field at the time of the internship
15. Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
16. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
17. Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, with a clear sense for structure and standards
18. Curiosity for how global marketing teams align, plan and communicate across markets and brands
19. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple topics
20. A proactive, reliable and collaborative mindset in an international environment
