Functional Consultant – Microsoft AI & Copilot

With a strong presence in Amsterdam and an expanding international footprint, the company specialises in Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, and the wider Microsoft AI ecosystem. Their work spans Copilot adoption programmes, custom AI implementations, sector-specific IP development, and advanced training programmes that empower teams to innovate with confidence.
The Role
We are looking for a Functional Consultant to lead the delivery of AI and Microsoft technology projects.
In this role, you will guide clients from initial scoping through to implementation, translating business needs into practical and outcome-driven solutions. You will design and architect AI-enabled solutions, deliver workshops and advanced training sessions, and act as a trusted advisor throughout digital transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft AI and Copilot projects
* Design and architect solutions across Copilot, Copilot Studio, M365 and Power Platform
* Translate business requirements into scalable, practical solutions
* Facilitate workshops and deliver advanced client training
* Advise stakeholders on AI strategy and adoption
* Collaborate with international teams
* Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal capability building
What You Bring
* Minimum 3 years of experience delivering Microsoft-based solutions
* Strong expertise in:
* Microsoft Copilot
* Copilot Studio
* Power Platform
* Experience with AI-driven transformation initiatives
* Relevant Microsoft certifications (preferred)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive mindset and passion for emerging AI technologies
