We are seeking a Head of Talent & Performance (m/f/d) to develop, lead, and scale our global talent and performance strategies. This newly established role involves creating and executing strategies to enhance capabilities, empower careers, and future-proof our organization across markets, cultures, and business units.

Your responsibilities include shaping and implementing a global talent and performance strategy aligned with business priorities to ensure the organization has the right capabilities now and in the future.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To
* Lead global strategies for talent attraction
* Design and implement assessment processes to identify and develop talent
* Leverage employee insights to improve engagement, culture, and retention
* Develop performance management systems that promote clarity, accountability, and results
* Build strong leaders through targeted assessment and development programs
* Lead a small team and drive strategic projects that deliver measurable impact
Candidates should have solid experience in leading talent, performance, or organizational development in large, global environments, with a proven track record of translating business challenges into impactful talent strategies. Strategic mindset, conceptual thinking, and the ability to navigate cultural differences are essential. Proficiency in English is required; German and/or Danish skills are a plus.
Lead the talent & performance agenda in a transforming organization
This role offers the opportunity to shape how we attract, develop, and retain talent within DLG and the group. You will be part of the leadership team for Group People & Culture, influencing the overall strategic people agenda.
Nice-to-have skills include concept development, project management, and experience in Germany (Flensburg, Schleswig-Holstein).
