What you will achieve with us: In this role, you take full ownership of the monthly management reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, and budget-versus-actual analyses. As a key sparring partner for the business, you support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes and contribute to well-founded management decisions. With a strong focus on transparency, you develop and continuously improve controlling tools, reports, and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. By actively driving efficiency, you advance financial process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance data quality and scalability. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you collaborate with external accountants, auditors, the Belgian finance team, HR, and Legal, and support M&A activities through financial analyses, integration, and reporting. What you bring to the role: You bring a solid academic background, having completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable field. With several years of professional experience, you have worked for around five years in Controlling, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or a similar role and feel confident handling financial statements, KPIs, and cost analyses. You work confidently with data and systems, using advanced Excel skills and ideally BI tools such as Power BI to analyze and visualize financial information. Your way of working is structured and hands-on, combining a strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach in dynamic, fast-growing environments. Last but not least, you communicate professionally across teams and borders with very good German and English language skills at least at B2 level, both written and spoken.
