We are looking for a Legal Counsel to oversee legal matters across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland within a fast-evolving, regulated industry. Acting as a key advisor to the business, you will handle a diverse mix of legal topics and play an active role in enabling commercial success. What you will be doing: * Act as a trusted partner to business teams on a variety of legal and regulatory issues across the DACH region * Provide guidance on bringing new products and services to market, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations * Independently manage contract negotiations and day-to-day legal queries from different departments * Contribute to strengthening internal frameworks around compliance, governance, and risk awareness * Keep the organisation informed on relevant legal changes and translate these into practical business actions * Support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects from a legal perspective * Liaise with external advisors where specialised input is required Your background: * Qualified German lawyer (both state exams completed) * At least 8 years of professional experience in legal roles, ideally across different environments * Solid understanding of German and broader European legal landscapes * Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or other regulated industries is advantageous * Business-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and pragmatically * Fluent in German and English * Must be based in Germany This role offers strong visibility, a varied workload, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to regional business activities.
