First response to Endpoint related incidents Alerting Security Ops of potential threats FAQ – Creation of Self-Services and How-Tos Compliance of IT Assets - you are responsible for managing IT assets. On/Offboarding responsible Corresponding task like Hardware provisioning, User access management, Communication with HR and Purchasing department Forwarding an managing of Tickets of Managed Service providers (abtis, BadenIT, yalos) Asset management End User Support (personal, via mail or remote) Administration, optimization and configuration of our Endpoint Management Systems (Microsoft InTune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Mobile Device Management) Responsibility of the internal Service Portal (Freshservice) Responsibility for software distribution on all devices Collaborate with external partners on hardware decisions and Windows Autopilot deployment O365 – License management• Proofpoint administration IT Security Incident Management You actively participate in internal IT projects. Your Profile Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a degree in computer science Knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft InTune and Microsoft Powershell ITIL experience is desirable - systematic and structured approach Service-oriented thinking and acting - independent, careful and cooperative way of working in a team You are fluent in German and English. You already have experience with endpoint management systems (e.g., Intune, SCCM) and are familiar with automation using Microsoft PowerShell. Experience in an international IT company is an advantage.
