Your key responsibilities include:
7. Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with first class service
8. Set up and present orders according to our standards
9. Support the mise-en-place preparation for room service
10. Communicate professionally and kindly with our international guests
11. Assist with special requests and forward concerns to the appropriate colleagues
12. Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations
Be able.
13. Ideally, you’ve gained first experience in service or room service – career changers are welcome
14. You’re motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a team
15. You have an eye for detail and a strong service mindset
16. You speak German or English – additional languages are a plus
17. You’re eager to grow and become part of an international hotel team
