Senior Programmatic Manager – Germany – Digital & Data
Working for an international Brand Experience Agency, you'll partner with leading global brands to drive programmatic strategy across multiple markets and verticals. In this role you will –
* Lead end-to-end programmatic campaigns across display, CTV and audio environments.
* Own planning, execution and optimisation across multiple jurisdictions.
* Manage campaign budgets, forecasting and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
* Negotiate and manage private marketplace (PMP) deals to secure premium inventory access.
* Collaborate closely with creative teams and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-led brand propositions.
* Drive performance improvements through structured testing and insight-led optimisation.
You'll need to bring –
Experience:
• At least 2 years' experience working as a Programmatic Specialist, with hands-on DSP management (DV360 essential).
• Strong understanding of real-time bidding and programmatic ecosystems.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting data and KPIs.
Nice to have –
• German language skills.
• Experience managing social and/or search campaigns.
• Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
• Familiarity with evolving Martech trends (Privacy Sandbox, Server-Side Tracking, DCO, etc.).
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting performance insights.
• Automotive sector experience.
