We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Working Student – Retail Marketing Support to join our team! In this role, you’ll play an essential part in promoting our stores, increasing foot traffic, and crafting engaging content that enhances store awareness.You’ll work closely with our retail marketing team to highlight our flagship store’s unique selling points (USPs), ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message.
Your Contribution to CYBEX:
1. Create high-quality, original, and engaging content to promote our brand, stores, and products across various internal and external channels.
2. Develop compelling brand marketing content for multiple communication touchpoints.
3. Collaborate with retail teams to maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing efforts.
4. Support different retail areas and actively contribute to marketing initiatives.
5. Research and identify local websites and digital platforms for effective product referencing strategies.
6. Understand parenting needs and market trends to create targeted content that generates leads for our retail stores.
7. Implement SEO best practices, including internal linking strategies, to optimize content for search engines.
8. Work closely with your assigned Copy Editor to ensure clarity, tone, and accuracy in all content.
9. Collaborate with the design team to select visuals that enhance the user experience.
10. Stay up to date with industry trends, retail marketing strategies, and content marketing best practices.
11. Be open to supporting team members in various retail-related tasks as needed.
Your Profile:
12. Currently enrolled in a university program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred).
13. Strong writing and storytelling skills with a passion for content creation.
14. Understanding of digital marketing,Social media,SEO, and content marketing principles.
15. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
16. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
17. Eagerness to learn and adapt to different areas of retail marketing.
This job is available at our office in Bayreuth and Munich.
