The Role
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, driving new business in the German/DACH market, and closing high-value mid-market deals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, requiring strong pipeline generation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and drive new business sales, selling into mid-market companies across Germany.
* Self-source pipeline.
* Follow a structured MEDDIC sales framework, managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
* Engage directly with HR and business leaders, demonstrating the platform’s value and ROI.
* Work cross-functionally with sales development, marketing, and solutions engineering to optimise sales execution.
What Does Success Look Like? Hit and exceed sales targets, securing new logos and driving revenue growth.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Fluent in German and English (business-level proficiency required).
* 3+ years of closing experience in mid-market SaaS or enterprise solutions .
* Strong outbound pipeline generation skills, with a preference for those with Business Development Representative (BDR) experience .
* Hands-on, motivated self-starter, able to thrive in a high-growth environment.
* Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, selling to HR or business leaders is a plus but not required.
