Overview
Hey zusammen! (ENGLISH BELOW) Wir sind ein kleines unabhängiges Kurzfilmprojekt aus dem Raum Stuttgart und befinden uns derzeit in der Pre-Production- und Castingphase. Das Projekt stammt von Jennifer Sinelnikov, die in den letzten rund fünf Jahren Erfahrung an Filmsets gesammelt hat und nun ihren ersten Kurzfilm inszeniert.
Logline
Die schlaflose Tochter russischer Einwanderer, die seit ihrer Kindheit unter Schlafparalyse leidet, entdeckt eine neue Methode, ihren Episoden zu entkommen.
Role
GESUCHT: KATJA / KATHARINA (31) Russischsprachige junge Mutter, die seit vielen Jahren in Deutschland lebt. Warmherzig, fürsorglich und familienorientiert, mit starkem Fokus auf ihre Kinder und deren Zukunft. Nach außen gefasst und organisiert, innerlich jedoch oft erschöpft und durch Ehe und Alltag emotional eingeengt. Sie versucht ständig, den Erwartungen aller gerecht zu werden, während sie das meiste mit sich selbst ausmacht.

* 1 Drehtag + 1 Vorbereitungstag am Wochenende vom 19.–21. Juni

Project Vision
Das Projekt entsteht mit einem starken Fokus auf Atmosphäre, emotionale Authentizität und enge Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams. Wir suchen Menschen, die wirklich Lust haben, gemeinsam etwas Bedeutungsvolles in einem kreativen und offenen Umfeld zu erschaffen.

Hey together! We are a small independent short film project based in the Stuttgart area, currently in pre-production and casting. The project is written by Jennifer Sinelnikov, who has gained around five years of experience working on film sets and is now directing her first short film.
Logline
A sleep-deprived daughter of Russian immigrants, struggling with lifelong sleep paralysis, discovers a new technique to escape her episodes.
Role
SEEKING: KATJA / KATHARINA (31) Russian-speaking young mother living in Germany for many years. Warm-hearted, caring, and family-oriented, with a strong focus on her children and their future. Outwardly composed and well put together, but internally often exhausted and emotionally restrained by her marriage and everyday life. She constantly tries to meet everyone’s expectations while carrying most things within herself.

* Shooting in the Stuttgart area
* 1 shooting day + 1 preparation day on the weekend of 19th–21st of June
