A Day in the Life:
You'll work on the night shift at one of our sites, focusing on ensuring it runs as smoothly as possible. Your main goal is to own and drive a culture of safety and uphold quality and shift performance standards. You'll also oversee process improvements within your area and drive implementation.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A degree
* Relevant experience in people management
* Relevant experience of communicating with various stakeholders
* Relevant experience in using data to influence business decisions
* Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
