Role Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll work across strategy, finance, commercial, and operations — not as an observer, but as a driver. From board-level reporting and financial analysis to hands-on commercial projects and process improvements, you'll gain the kind of cross-functional exposure that typically takes years to accumulate.

Whether it's identifying where intelligent automation can transform workflows, leveraging data-driven insights to sharpen our go-to-market strategy, or bringing emerging AI capabilities into day-to-day decision-making — you won't just learn about innovation, you'll be expected to deliver it.

Your Tasks
* Strategic Analysis & Insights
o Conduct deep-dive analyses on key business topics — churn dynamics, pricing, unit economics, market sizing, and growth levers
o Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready presentations for leadership and the Board
o Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems to support data-driven decision-making
* Cross-Functional Project Execution
o Drive strategic projects end-to-end: scoping, stakeholder alignment, analysis, and delivery of recommendations
o Support the CEO and leadership team on PE-related workstreams, including exit preparation, due diligence, and investor reporting
o Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams to translate insights into operational improvements
* Technology & Process Innovation
o Leverage AI tools and modern technology to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and enhance productivity across the organization
o Identify and implement process improvements using data analytics, automation, and best-in-class SaaS tooling
o Act as a catalyst for innovation by bringing fresh perspectives on how technology can solve business problems
Your Profile
* Outstanding academic track record (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field)
* 1–3 years of professional experience through internships or full-time roles in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or corporate strategy
* Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear recommendations
* Strong ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and distill it into compelling narratives and presentations
* High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (financial modeling, data manipulation) and PowerPoint/Google Slides
* Technology-savvy mindset with demonstrated interest in and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar)
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus
* Self-starter mentality: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
Nice to have
* Exposure to SaaS business models, recurring revenue metrics, or B2B software companies
* Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, or Python for data analysis
* Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or NetSuite
* Interest in industrial technology and the manufacturing / OT sector
