This is what your day looks like
1. With us, you will learn everything you need to know to be an exceptional host and find out if the Club Lounge is exactly the area in which you would like to pursue a career after your training
2. A wonderful mix of reception and food & beverage service
3. Conducting check-ins and check-outs
4. Personal care of guests with all questions and concerns, especially VIP guests
5. Taking special guest requests and reservations
6. Guest experience and concierge tasks
7. Conducting the complete guest billing process
8. Perfect communication with all departments of the hotel
9. Coordinating and ensuring a consistently smooth service
What we expect from you
10. You are currently studying at a hotel school and are looking for an internship placement in Rooms
11. You have a very good knowledge of English and German
12. You have a charming, authentic and warm manner, as well as a well-groomed appearance and good communication skills.
13. You are a consummate host and creativity, passion and enjoyment of your work come naturally to you.
14. You are a team player and value working in a team.
15. Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.
