Einleitung Location & Working Model ▪ Primary Location: Eggenfelden (on-site office) Aufgaben Key Responsibilities ▪ First-line support: prompt response to customer inquiries via phone & ticket system ▪ Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution rates ▪ Document all interactions accurately in CRM ▪ Support users with Telematikinfrastruktur components (TI-Konnektor, eGK readers, etc.) ▪ Collaborate closely with Technical & Software Support teams for issue resolution ▪ Contribute ideas to ongoing product and company development Qualifikation ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Haves: ▪ German language skills C1 or higher ▪ Technical training or degree in IT field ▪ 2–4 years professional IT experience Nice-to-Haves: ▪ Experience with Telematikinfrastruktur, TI-Konnektor, insured card readers ▪ Customer service background Dealbreakers / Red Flags: ▪ German below C1 level ▪ Candidate seeking remote or hybrid work Personality Traits: ▪ Enthusiastic about customer service and phone interaction ▪ Friendly, clear communicator ▪ Diligent in written documentation ▪ Proactive interest in shaping company growth Experience & Education ▪ Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in IT support or related field ▪ Education: Completed technical apprenticeship or IT degree; university degree not required ▪ Specific Tools/Technologies: Telematikinfrastruktur components, basic networking/hardware/firewall knowledge, CRM systems Benefits Compensation ▪ Base Salary Range: €30,000 – €50,000 gross per year ▪ Variable/Bonus: Approx. 10 % of base salary Perks ▪ Brand-new, state-of-the-art office and infrastructure ▪ Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling digital health company ▪ Direct impact within a small, stable team Contract specifics: ▪ Contract Type: Fixed-term (2 years) with an option for permanent employment. ▪ Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), 80% part-time possible.
