We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruiting specialist to support our international recruitment strategy.
* Development and analysis of recruitment metrics and statistics.
* Close cooperation with HR planning.
* International recruitment and candidate management for commercial professionals.
* Analysis of current recruitment trends and development of new strategies for talent acquisition.
The new colleague will also be responsible for managing Polish-speaking employees and performing administrative tasks such as recording candidate master data, creating employment contracts, and maintaining personnel records.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent language skills in German and Polish are essential.
* Independent, structured, and precise work style, high level of discretion, integrity, and social competence.
