As an Outbound Key Account Executive, you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team driving growth and helping entrepreneurs access the tools they need to succeed.
šÆ What Youāll Be Doing
š¼ Proactively identify and reach out to small business prospects in Switzerland via calls, emails, and social ā youāll be the one starting the conversation
š¤ Build strong relationships by understanding the unique needs of small businesses and showing how SumUp can make a real difference
š¤ Deliver value-driven product pitches and demos that help convert curiosity into commitment
š„ Own the full sales cycle ā from first outreach to deal closed
š Track your performance, meet your goals, and continuously level up through feedback and data
š§ Share insights, collaborate with your team, and help build an energised outbound culture in the office
š Youāll Be a Great Fit If You:
1. Have 1ā2 years of outbound sales or business development experience ā and a drive to learn and grow fast in the role
2. Are confident, curious, and comfortable with high-volume outreach (mostly phone-based)
3. Love solving problems and helping people
4. Are results-driven and thrive on smashing targets
5. Bring a positive, team-first attitude and enjoy celebrating wins with your colleagues
6. Bonus: Experience in payment tech, SaaS, or hospitality tools is a big plus
