Your Opportunity: Service Director, EMEA
We are excited to offer a remote position for a Service Director in any major European location (Germany, UK, Italy). If you are passionate about building and managing a top-tier organization, this role is for you!
As our Service Director, you will:
* Lead LMS EMEA Field Operations: Manage all service-related operations, focusing on profitable growth, installation of new equipment, and ensuring high-quality service support.
* Oversee a Dynamic Team: Guide a talented team of 120 staff, including Field Service Managers and Engineers, to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
* Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Actively seek customer feedback to ensure high-quality service and incorporate Danaher Business Systems Tools into daily operations.
* Manage Contracts: Maintain a deep understanding of contractual obligations to fulfill commitments to customers and partners.
* Optimize Financial Performance: Own and enhance the regional Service P&L to achieve above-market growth.
* Collaborate with Sales: Foster a close working relationship with Sales Management to capitalize on opportunities and address escalated issues professionally.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds an undergraduate degree (a Master’s degree is a plus).
* Has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a global organization.
* Is skilled in managing and developing customer-facing organizations.
* Has previous experience in managing a field service organization and customer relationships.
* Is fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Travel Requirements
Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% within the EMEA territory is essential.
