Your Role:
* You’ll build and develop your own client portfolio in the SAP & IT sector across the DACH region – focusing on freelance project staffing
* You are responsible for client acquisition and long-term relationship management
* In close collaboration with our recruiting team, you’ll deliver highly skilled freelance SAP & IT professionals for your clients’ projects
* You’ll manage the full project lifecycle – from requirements analysis and candidate shortlisting to offer management and contract negotiation
* You’ll stay on top of market trends and business opportunities and strategically expand your accounts

Your Profile:
* A completed degree or equivalent qualification – career changers are welcome !
* A passion for sales and a proven interest in client-facing roles
* Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to succeed
* Fluent in German, with excellent English skills
