Intro German & English C1 · Berlin · Full-time, 40 hours/week · On-site WHO WE ARE One Hundred Berlin GmbH is a leading full-service post-production studio in the heart of Berlin, delivering top-tier photo and film services. We’re seeking a Senior Film & Stills Post Producer (f/m/d) to lead a small in-house team and drive projects end-to-end. Tasks YOUR ROLE You own the full post-production lifecycle from client brief and quotation through scheduling, resourcing, creative supervision, QC, delivery, and wrap. You’ll lead a compact in-house team (editor and colorist/grader), collaborate with a pool of freelance artists (retouch, edit, color, VFX, sound, motion), and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Your main focus will be the Film department but occasionally some support of the Stills team is needed. WHAT YOU’LL DO Client intake & scoping: Receive and clarify requests, translate briefs into scopes, schedules, and deliverables. Quoting & budgeting: Build detailed quotations/SOWs, negotiate rates and timelines, manage budgets and margin. Planning & resourcing: Create project plans, allocate in-house and freelance capacity, secure bookings, and handle onboarding. Team leadership: Direct and mentor editors and graders; set priorities, run dailies/reviews, and uphold creative/technical standards. Creative & technical supervision: Oversee conform, edit, color, online/finishing, retouch, sound, and VFX; ensure pipeline integrity (naming, versioning, color management/ACES/LUTs). Stakeholder communication: Provide clear timelines, status updates, and expectation management to clients and internal teams. Vendor & freelance management: Source, brief, and QC external artists; manage POs, approvals, and delivery standards. Quality control & delivery: Ensure master deliverables (film & stills) meet spec, usage, and brand guidelines; supervise archive/asset handover. Risk & issue management: Anticipate blockers, replan quickly, and keep scope/time/cost/quality in balance. Continuous improvement: Document SOPs, refine workflows, and contribute to tooling and process upgrades. Requirements WHAT YOU BRING 5–8+ years of post-production producing experience, incl. 2+ years leading small teams. Proven track record quoting and delivering complex film & stills projects on time and on budget. Excellent German & English (C1). Additional languages are a plus. Strong client-facing communication, negotiation, and expectation-management skills. Deep practical understanding of edit, color, retouch, VFX, sound, and finishing workflows. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer; familiarity with tools like Frame IO, Airtable/Asana is a plus. Solid grasp of color pipelines (e.g., ACES, LUT management), deliverable specs, rights/usage, and data handling. High organizational rigor, attention to detail, and calm under pressure; proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Nice to have: Beauty/fashion/automotive experience; advanced retouch/VFX familiarity; basic German market bidding norms.
