Experienced Real Estate Finance & Banking Lawyer - Your Role :
* Advise leading clients (international banks, funds, institutions) on complex real estate and banking finance matters ➝ strengthen your expertise and expand your professional network.
* Work on cross-border deals including syndicated lending, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and restructuring ➝ gain exposure to diverse, high-value projects.
* Collaborate with international teams ➝ share knowledge in an intellectually stimulating environment.

Experienced Real Estate Finance & Banking Lawyer - Your Profile:
* At least 5 years' experience in a law firm, in Banking & Finance in Luxembourg.
* Fully qualified lawyer (List II).
* Fluent in French and English, with strong drafting skills.
* Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take your career to the next level.
