Job Description • Leadership and coordination of the Riveting team • Responsibility for shift and scheduling of employees • Support in personnel management and support in line with company objectives • Promotion and motivation of employees, as well as regular performance evaluations • Monitoring costs and adhering to budgets • Prioritizing tasks to achieve specified goals and deadlines • Ensuring smooth workflows, especially in the event of problems or bottlenecks • Efficient use of machinery and materials to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards • Support in the optimization of production processes and work equipment • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations Requirement profile • Completed technical training, ideally with further training as a master or technician, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional and managerial experience in production, preferably with CNC-controlled machines • Desirable: Experience with IPAC manufacturing systems from Brötje Automation • Knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity processes • Experience with SAP as well as in the area of Lean Management, ideally also in Cell Fusion • Good English skills • Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and their potential • Strong quality awareness, organizational talent, and a strong, confident personality with high social skills
