Your routine includes working on evolving service processes, participating in design or testing sessions, and coordinating with integration partners across the Siemens Energy system landscape. You support ongoing enhancements, contribute to rollout preparation, and help shape our digital core while navigating a dynamic service business environment.How You’ll Make an Impact
7. Design and implementation of end‑to‑end service processes in SAP S/4HANA
8. Development of interfaces to connected systems such as Salesforce or Teamcenter
9. Creation of process documentation, test scripts, demos, and authorization concepts
10. Support for migration activities and release upgrades within the S/4HANA program
11. Coordination of integration topics and alignment with other SAP modules and stakeholders
12. Continuous improvement and governance of the service process template
What You Bring
13. Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience
14. Several years of experience in business process design within solution or engineer‑to‑order environments
15. Expert knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA Service Module, including configuration and basic ABAP reading skills
16. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a focus on using standard solutions
17. Reliable, motivated mindset with strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
18. Language skills in English; German beneficial
