We offer a wide range of campervans for rent and for sale, supported by a strong operational network across Europe, North America, and Oceania. Our teams work on the ground to ensure the fleet meets high quality and safety standards before vehicles hit the road. THE ROLE We are looking for a travel enthusiast who is organized and proactive to support our operations as an Infleet Agent. This is an operational, on‑site role focused on preparing campervans before they join our fleet. You will be responsible for inspecting vehicles, organizing the site, moving campervans between different locations, ensuring everything is ready for operational use, as well as managing customer check‑ins and check‑outs. What Will You Do Inspect vehicles arriving from the factory, checking for any exterior or interior damage. Check the proper functioning of mirrors, lights, windows, doors, and blinds/curtains. Verify the operation of heating, electrical, and water systems. Install stickers/decals, GPS, and radios on new vehicles. Ensure all keys are present and documentation is organized, among other tasks. Receive, unpack, and organize deliveries; load kits and optional extras into new vehicles. Drive campervans between the production site and Indie Campers locations, ensuring safe and careful driving. Prepare and clean campervans before rental. Manage incoming reservations, welcome guests, and handle check‑in and check‑out procedures. Who We Are Looking For Strong attention to detail. Solid technical knowledge of campervans, or strong curiosity and ability to learn quickly. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills. Valid driver’s license and confidence driving a campervan. Availability to work 6 days per week during the infleet task‑force period (2 months), including weekends and public holidays (mandatory). Good physical stamina and strength (the role involves lifting, unpacking, and organizing deliveries). Excellent command of the English language.
