Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering demo units, organizing meetings and conferences, supporting new joiners, managing marketing inventory, and centralizing sales-related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial education or comparable qualification, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and experience with CRM and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Order demo units and other samples through NetSuite
2. Organize meetings and conferences, including travel management
3. Support new joiners in all organizational aspects during onboarding and beyond
4. Act as the local contact in the Ludwigsburg office for remote-sales people, handling anything to arrange in HQ
5. Manage the marketing inventory and central brochure pool for Europe in all languages
6. Take responsibility for the central sales-inbox and organize weekly sales meetings, including meeting minutes
Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
* A commercial education or comparable qualification
* An outgoing personality with high customer service and sales orientation
* An organizational talent and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
* Excellent German and English skills, both oral and written
* Experience in working with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce and NetSuite
