Our German Business Unit, CAMCO®, is looking to expand its team by recruiting a Head of Methods. CAMCO is a world leader in electronics for the professional sound industry developing amplified controller technology. Due to our continuous growth, this position was created to promote our strong objectives.
Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a team of Methods Engineers and technicians to define, implement and qualify manufacturing processes, ensuring production capability (repeatability and reproducibility) and enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role combines expertise in process design, qualification and production operation improvements. The Head of Methods will be attached to the Director of Industrial Operations and collaborate from a matrix perspective with the Director of Operational Excellence.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or technical fields (mechanics, Electronics, robotics, fluidics…) .
2. Minimum 10 years or experience in process Engineering, manufacturing methods or Industrial Engineering.
3. Proven experience in a leadership role.
4. Proven experience in defining and implementing processes on technical project that includes mechanics, electronics and/or fluidics specificities
5. Location: Wenden, Germany and Olpe, Germany.
