• Planning, instructing, and monitoring team members' work
• Support and on behalf of the outgoing goods manager in the planning and implementation of duty rosters/rotation schedules for the team
• Responsibility for the warehouses, the team and ensuring the continuity of all processes and tasks in the logistics area
• Continuous monitoring of the team's work results, suggesting measures to the management if necessary.
• Responsibility for stock levels and availability of all products/items
• Onboarding of new products in cooperation with the management as well as headquarters and e-com managers
• Monitoring the status of products that are to be discontinued or modified
• Coordination of regular inventory counts in all warehouses in cooperation with the stock controller
• Coordination and process improvement
• Development of process optimization, warehouse optimization and improvement proposals and their implementation by arrangement
• Coordination of maintenance measures for work equipment, equipment, if necessary also with external service providers by arrangement
• Coordination of carriers in the collection of shipments, etc.
• Communication and coordination with the management as well as headquarters and e-com managers regarding imports, inventories as well as processes and systems of warehousing.
As part of the representation and as required/instructions of the management:
• Goods receipt (acceptance, control, posting, storage)
• Processing of transport damages/complaints with the transport service provider
• Carrying out inventory postings in consultation with the accounting department
• Registration of goods shipment with freight forwarders
• Communication with suppliers
• Communication with Dometic units
• Inventory and inventory control
• Compliance with and compliance with internal regulations
• Control of packaging material stocks and orders from suppliers
• Ensuring correct and compliant customs clearance and compliance with embargoes with the customs broker and logistics officer

Your profile
• Completed training in warehousing, logistics, etc.
• Studies in the field of logistics, inventory management, etc.
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Confident handling of PC systems (WMS, ERP, Excel, digital tools)
