We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support the setup and oversee the day-to-day operations of our new fulfillment center in Hannover, Germany.
If you thrive in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments and have experience in high-volume eCommerce logistics (think Amazon-style), this is your opportunity to play a key role in launching and running a growing operation.
1. What You'll Do:
* Assist in setting up the warehouse infrastructure and daily processes
* Supervise stock control, goods-in, and dispatch of 500+ daily orders (mainly eBay)
* Operate and manage inventory using our custom WMS system
* Lead and support a small team of warehouse staff
* Coordinate closely with the Warehouse Manager and report to the Head of eCommerce and UAE-based senior management
* What We're Looking For:
o Solid experience in eCommerce or retail warehouse operations
o Confident working with digital systems (WMS knowledge is a plus)
o Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
o Someone reliable, proactive, and ready to grow with a scaling business
Requirements:
o Must be based in Germany
o Fluent in both German and English
o Preferably of German nationality
