Translate business strategy into future-oriented, actionable processes, providing thought leadership and driving innovation in production planning and execution
Act as an expert for business processes in systems like SAP S/4HANA and Blue Yonder, designing process frameworks, governance structures, and KPIs for process management
Develop and enhance state-of-the-art Make-to-Inspect processes (L4/L5) at Knauf, ensuring alignment with Fit-to-Standard best practices from SAP, Blue Yonder, and local SMEs
Oversee requirements engineering for supply chain technology solutions, including data structure design, process documentation, and governance definition
Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management) or equivalent relevant experience in production planning and execution
Demonstrate expertise in production planning and confirmation processes, with strong knowledge of SAP PP, MM, and S/4HANA; Bring extensive experience in leading Fit-to-Standard and Greenfield projects focused on SAP processes, implementation, and digital transformation
Fluent in English, with a willingness to travel internationally and a passion for acquiring new skills
