A Snapshot of Your DayAs the Global Order Manager, you will be a key member of the Operational Procurement team, responsible for the newly established Global Load Plan process. This specialist role is pivotal in providing end-to-end visibility of our global engine supply chain, ensuring alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and delivery commitments across our international sites.The core of this position involves owning and independently managing the Global Load Plan, acting as the primary liaison between internal customers, global factories, and cross-functional partners. You will coordinate all order-related activities, ensuring a transparent and timely flow of information to facilitate seamless execution and proactive risk management.Success in this role requires a high level of critical thinking to resolve complex, multi-functional challenges. The ideal candidate will leverage deep supply chain expertise and strong analytical skills to drive data standardization, enhance reporting through dashboards, and continuously improve our order management processes to support strategic business goals.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Coordinate with global MRP teams, and buyers to align on delivery dates, capacity, and material allocations; Escalate critical risks and high-impact issues affecting delivery or production planning to leadership in a timely manner.
2. Own and maintain the Global Load Plan for the Blades & Vanes (BV) business, tracking released and unreleased engines across all global sites to ensure data accuracy; Independently coordinate and monitor order-related activities and progress, including allocation changes and execution readiness, to ensure on-time delivery.
3. Maintain delivery dates in SAP for communication with customers; Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the order fulfillment process, preventing disruptions to production planning and delivery schedules.
4. Collaborate with MRP planners to ensure accurate forecasting, planning assumptions, and execution readiness; Collaborate with business administration for revenue forecasting and identifying deviations
5. Drive data standardization and process alignment for order management functions across global and cross-functional teams; Prepare, maintain, and enhance dashboards and status updates to provide end-to-end delivery visibility for leadership and stakeholders; Apply root cause analysis and critical thinking to bring successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and cross-functional supply chain challenges.
6. Collaborate with business administration for revenue forecasting and identifying deviations; Independently coordinate and monitor order-related activities and progress, including allocation changes and execution readiness, to ensure on-time delivery.
What You Bring
7. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
8. Professional experience in supply chain operations, procurement, order management, or production planning (energy, industrial, or manufacturing preferred).
9. Recognized subject matter expert with extensive experience in global supply chain planning, order management, or a related operational role; Proven experience managing large, complex projects or processes with limited oversight, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
10. Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (, SAP) and data visualization tools (, Power BI), MRP systems, and typical procurement workflows.
11. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple regions and time zones; Ability to manage complex information streams and distill key messages for decision-making.
12. Proficiency in German and English language skills.
