Senior Manager Internal Audit (gn)
Your tasks:
1. Perform audits autonomously to evaluate risks to the business, risk management and internal control systems and recommend improvements to add value to the operations of the Oerlikon Group.
2. Deliver assurance by performing financial, operational and IT audits in Europe and globally.
3. Perform autonomously all phases of audit projects – planning, execution, completion and reporting – as assigned.
4. Design effective plans for improvement in risk areas identified within audits to ensure that risk is reduced, and commercial improvements delivered as a result of audit work.
5. Discussion of audit findings with auditee management and agreement of effective solutions to implement change.
Your profile:
6. Fully qualified auditor (WP, CIA, CPA or comparable). CISA qualification is a plus.
7. Minimum 7 years work experience in audit, finance and / or IT. Minimum 2 years work experience in internal or external audit.
8. Excellent English presentation and communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Chinese language skills are a plus.
9. Highly results driven and self-motivated team player with business acumen, compassion, integrity, trust and perseverance.
10. Ability to accept and meet deadlines, involving effective time management capacity.
11. Ambition to assume a future leadership role.
12. Willingness to travel (approx. 50%). Living close to an airport in Germany.
