Your tasks
In this position, you will shape the future of our IT landscape and will be responsible for the following activities, among others
* You will be actively involved in the implementation, configuration and operation of our versatile system landscape. This consists of Microsoft Windows servers/services (M365 and on-prem), Linux-based systems and database applications
* You are actively involved in IT projects
* Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure in the Microsoft and Linux environment. This includes: Microsoft Windows servers/services (M365 and on-prem), Linux systems, database applications, VMware infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and AVD, storage solutions (e.g. DataCore) and backup systems (Veeam, Microsoft)
* In addition to advising and supporting the specialist departments (second/third level support), you will also support the helpdesk/first level support team if required
* Collaboration with outsourcing partners (SaaS, managed services) and system houses as well as documentation complete your field of activity
Your profile
* You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) (or equivalent)
* You have experience as a system administrator (m/f/d) in the Microsoft environment, especially M365. You have experience with ITIL and the monitoring of heterogeneous IT system landscapes. Ideally, you have an MCSA/MCSE certification
* Technically, you will impress us with your knowledge of Microsoft 365 and PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware vSphere
* You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as a high level of quality awareness
* You are enthusiastic about technology and quickly familiarize yourself with new IT areas
* No matter what the topic, technical or not - you live & love the idea of service and adapt to your counterpart
