<li>Analysis and identification of promising technologies and research results in the fields of photonics, sensor technology, laser technology, and hybrid integration.</li>
<li>Selection and implementation of suitable technologies, software architectures, and tools.</li>
<li>Integration of user feedback and market data into continuous technological development.</li>
<li>Assessment of technical feasibility and potential for marketable products and solutions.</li>
<li>Prototyping and implementation within MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and scalable systems.</li>
<li>Execution of technology testing and validation processes to ensure market readiness.</li>
<li>Interdisciplinary collaboration: Partnering with Product Venture Developers for product implementation.</li>
<li>Development of technological roadmaps for the long-term scaling and advancement of products.</li>

<li>University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience in developing and implementing technological solutions, ideally within a startup or innovation-driven environment.</li>
<li>Understanding of hardware-related systems and physical measurement principles.</li>
<li>Interest in optics, photonics, or sensor technology – deep specialization is not required.</li>
<li>Experience at the interface between hardware and software (e.g., embedded systems, signal processing, measurement technology).</li>
<li>Interest in application fields such as telecommunications, quantum technology, medical technology, or industrial sensor systems.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and executing complex projects.</li>
<li>Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.</li>
<li>Confident working in dynamic environments with a focus on efficiency and the prioritization of parallel projects.</li>
