Tasks
* Build pipeline of next 500 customers to grow >âŹ1M revenue and beyond
* Manage a network of contacts, customers and partners, from lead to contract to alliance
* Develop strategy to expand to new products, segments and markets, including translating customer feedback into RnD initiatives
* Spend time on the road, at customers, conduct tasting, represent us at events and work strategically in the office (50/50 in the beginning, transitioning to more time on the road towards the end of the year)
* Be responsible for all communications incl. press, linkedin, instagram and customer-facing documents
Requirements
Qualifications
* Ideally Bachelorâs degree in business, economics, or related
* 1-3 years of previous work experience in business development or sales - in the food sector is a strong plus
* A track record of selling successfully
* Handling a high degree of ownership and self-management; being a team player
* Fluency in German and English
