As a Quality Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing internal processes and taking charge of ensuring that the highest possible standards are maintained.
Our quality management strategy involves conducting audits and performing quality-improving measures as necessary. You will be required to work closely with facility leadership and the total quality management team to guarantee that quality is upheld across all areas of care delivery.
Aufgaben und Anforderungen:
* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Alten- bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
* Weiterbildung zum Qualitätsbeauftragten (w/m/d) erforderlich
* Berufs- und Leitungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
* Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
* Kommunikationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
