This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our team and gain live experience working for a global investment bank. Our program provides all interns with the unique opportunity to:Work alongside current Analysts, Associates, and VPs over the course of three monthsHave exposure to our main sector teams: Healthcare, Consumer Products & Services and Services & IndustrialsTake on all functions of a full-time analystAssist deal teams in live transactionsPerform financial due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of potential and live transactionsReceive direct client exposure in a culture of collaboration and accountabilityDraft pitch materials, information memorandums, management presentations, and other relevant communicationsIdentify potential M&A and financing situationsQualificationsOur people are our most valuable asset.
