What you’ll do
* Own the Workerbase solution for your customers.
* Run workshops to understand their challenges and design smart solutions.
* Build and deploy apps on our low-code AI platform.
* Train customer teams to create their own solutions.
* Spot growth opportunities and engage senior stakeholders.
* Feed your insights directly into our product roadmap.
* Take initiative and enjoy leading projects.
* Have some experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
* Understand tech and can write basic code.
* Can grasp and design complex processes fast.
* Speak German at C1 level or above.
* Love learning, improving, and challenging the status quo.
* Bonus: Know manufacturing or production workflows.
