As a System Administrator/Developer (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the operation and further development of our ITSM system. You will combine technical know-how with analytical thinking and actively contribute to the secure, efficient, and future-oriented development of our IT processes in accordance with ITIL. You will work closely with our departments, service providers, and partners. Planning, implementation, and coordination of release and maintenance activities. Identifying, evaluating, and implementing optimization potential in existing systems. Designing and developing modules, components, and interfaces in accordance with functional requirements. Acting as a contact person for technical and functional requirements as well as for problems within the ITSM framework. Introduction, evaluation, and further development of security measures as well as access and authorization concepts. Detailed analysis of malfunctions, development of options for action, and escalation of malfunction reports. Creation and maintenance of system-specific documentation. Introduction and continuous development of ITIL processes in ITSM. Your skills: Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) and/or a degree in the IT field Experience in the ITIL environment, ITIL4 Foundation desirable. Several years of professional experience in the IT environment with good knowledge of MSSQL, Java, and Jasper Reports. Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking.
