Your responsibilities:
1. You are responsible for the Plan to Manufacture (P2M) workstream within the S/4HANA program Transform2Grow (T2G), covering the template design, build, and global roll-out
2. Plan, conduct and moderate workshops to define integration architecture and interface requirements
3. Configure and integrate SAP PP-PI and QM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, EWM) and external systems
4. Support process design, harmonization and optimization within the P2M domain
5. Define test data and coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing in close collaboration with functional peers and subject matter experts
6. Identify and realize opportunities for process improvements and system optimization
7. Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for configurations, processes and interfaces
8. Manage and guide offshore teams and/or 3rd party AMS providers, ensuring delivery quality and alignment
9. Collaborate with global business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into sustainable SAP solutions
10. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring clear alignment between business and IT, often across geographies and remote teams
11. Establishing and expanding the global network and supporting the regional SAP teams as part of 2nd and 3rd level support
Qualifications we are looking for:
12. Successfully completed studies in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
13. Professional experience in a comparable role in SAP PP-PI and QM (implementation and configuration)
14. Solid knowledge of SAP MM; additional exposure to SD or EWM is a plus
15. Strong expertise in SAP integration, data migration, and cross-module processes
16. Proven track record in leading workshops, managing stakeholders, and coordinating global teams
17. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
18. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at different technical and business levels
19. Business fluent in English and German as well as a certain willingness to travel internationally
