Your responsibilities will include
* Strategic leadership, planning, and development of the IT infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Active Directory hybrid deployment)
* Managing desktop support, software licensing, and deployment strategies
* RepresentingIT during internal and external audits
* Supporting data protection and quality management systems
* Overseeing administration and optimization of network infrastructure, includingfirewalland VPN
* Managing user access rights and resources on a project basis
* Ensuring validation of software systems, overseeing change management processes
* Directing data backup, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives
* Authoring ofstandard operating procedures
* Providing oversight and escalation support for general IT issues across the organization
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the IT team
Your profile
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical qualification
* Minimum of five years of experience in IT management or senior-level system administration
* Proven experience with Windows and Linux system administration
* Solid knowledge and experience in managing terminal server solutions (RDP)
* Extensive IT security knowledge and experience in managing secure IT environments
* Experience with software and platform validation according to GAMP5 isadvantageous
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical industry) is a plus
* Fluent Englishrequired;proficiencyin Germanadvantageous
* Residence in Munich or willingness torelocateto Munich to support the team in-office
